If you would like to become a volunteer at the Hospice at May Court, please complete this application and forward it to the Hospice. Volunteers in the Day Hospice, Residential Hospice, Home Support and Caregiver Support Programs are required to complete the Hospice Orientation Course. This course is offered once a year, commencing in September, one night per week for ten consecutive weeks.
